Hotel Adonis Zermatt

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent location of the hotel. It was just a short walk to the cable cars that took us to the breathtaking heights of Klein Matterhorn, allowing us to ski all the way back down to Zermatt. The hotel was also conveniently situated close to the Matterhorn Express gondolas and the train station. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with our skiing needs and making our stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and filling, providing a great start to our ski days. the hotel offered spa and sauna services, adding to the relaxation after a long day of skiing.

The only downside we experienced was the lack of laundry facilities in the hotel, which was a bit unexpected. However, there was a launderette available in town.

Perfect location, clean rooms, beautiful Swiss architecture, friendly and helpful staff, well-stocked bar.

We were kinda surprised by the beautiful garden at the hotel where we could relax and enjoy a drink from the bar. The room wasnice and neat, and the breakfast provided was good. The staff at the reception recommended a fantastic vegetarian dinner at a nearby hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service and location. The staff were exceptionally helpful, providing us with valuable advice on sightseeing options when bad weather prevented us from visiting Matterhorn. The hotel is situated in a great location, just a short walk away from the main shopping area but tucked away on a quiet road, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms were equipped with modern amenities and comfortable beds with a view of the peaceful forest. The breakfast offered a decent selection of both hot and cold options, including Swiss delicacies and even gluten-free bread.

The only minor issue was the distance from the station, resulting in a slightly lengthy walk in the snow.
